Mr. Jose, working the front desk was highly professional and personable. A clean room, adjustable temperature controls, and a good bed with lots of pillows provided a good sleep. I felt safe as the room seemed secure. All staff I encountered were very friendly and attuned to good service. The two complimentary bottles of water were real nice and necessary after my lengthy travel. Very easy checkout.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the promptness of everyone making sure my stay was great. The location was great for what my family and i had to do while we stayed in Columbus. Also, I enjoy the cookies everytime I stay!

I called the morning of my reservation to request early check-in. I was very tired from driving and then a bubbly and friendly voice said, sure you come right in! When I arrived around an hour later, and walked through the door she knew who I was and was even more friendly. I loved her outgoing personality and the friendly tone in her voice. I definitely plan on staying there again when I return next month.
